Overnight, a company you might not know just had a record-breaking IPO, soaring over twenty-one percent on its first day of trading. And it was backed by two companies you definitely know: Meta and Google.

Jio Platforms, the Indian tech giant, made its market debut. But here’s the twist: while Jio's stock was flying, one of its biggest backers, Meta, saw its own stock fall another one and a half percent in yesterday's session. Meta is now down over ten percent just this week.

This isn't a coincidence. Yesterday we talked about Meta having to sell stock to fund its AI ambitions. The market is pricing in that dilution in the US, while rewarding a fresh growth story in India. Capital is getting picky, and it's looking for growth without the Big Tech baggage.

All of this is happening just hours before the Fed's rate decision today. A hold is priced in, but the Fed's tone on growth is what matters now. I'm tracking how these capital flows are shifting on korra dot finance. Watch whether that divergence between new-world growth and old-guard tech widens after the Fed speaks.
